For some reason, many people only care about their appearance and behavior when they go to work, and in other public places they often ignore generally accepted rules, thinking something like this: "Well, I get paid at work, I have to match it. And here I'm paying money, so I don't give a damn."
Sooner or later, this attitude will return like a boomerang, so at least for reasons of your own safety, you should not go into someone else's monastery with your own charter. Fitness clubs also have certain rules. And if everyone follows these rules, then it will be good for everyone too.
The basic rule is to treat others the same way you would like to be treated. You don't want to be distracted during your workout. Therefore:
• The fitness club has a dress code - tracksuit. Other options may distract others.
• Use your mobile phone only as a last resort; it is better to turn it off altogether.
• Come to training clean. Physical exercise involves evaporation. Agree, it's unpleasant if you have not just a hot, but also a dirty body next to you. So it's unpleasant for others.
• Give up perfume for the duration of the class.
Your favorite fragrance may be disliked by your neighbor at the gym. It is better to use neutral deodorant before exercising.
• It is strictly forbidden to eat in the gym.
• Don't flirt during your workout. If you really like a person so much, get to know them outside the gym, for example, in a fitness bar.
• Help only when asked for help. But do not meddle with good advice (exceptions are cases when a person is in a traumatic situation), there is a professional instructor for this. If necessary, he will help.
• Do not use the simulator for a long time. Besides you, there are others who want to work out on it. This is especially true for cardio equipment.
• Buy yourself a change of fitness shoes. Using dirty shoes will harm not only others, but also you.
• If you have taken something, put it back later. It may be useful to another person.
• Get a towel for workouts. When lying down on the simulator, put it under your back. After completing the approach, wipe the equipment thoroughly after yourself.
And now the advice that concerns you personally, and affects others in so far as.
• Take off your makeup before classes: makeup tends to spread, and foundation creams can make it difficult for the skin to breathe.
• Do not be late for group classes. This is the case when seven people don't expect one. Plus, if you skip the warm-up, the instructor won't let you in (and rightly so) before the main training block.
• Do not consider yourself smarter than a fitness trainer. You may be better at quantum physics than most, but in the gym, the coach knows better than you how many sets and which simulator you need to do. And always remember: "treat others the same way you would like to be treated." Check out FanTeam for fast-paced fun.
